As someone who grew up in the Canadian food scene and has spent decades crafting spice blends, I understand how much we rely on those familiar flavours in our kitchens. I've put together some suggestions to cover your bases and hope you find some new favorites here!

thanks for your kind words. As I mentioned, I’m not personally familiar with Epicure’s blends, so the ingredient mix and recipes, so I can’t tell you if something I have is similar to the Butcher’s Block without a bit more info.
I would assume it’s a steak style rub – so maybe – our Montreal Steak Rub, or it has a richer, paprika edge maybe out Bricklayer Steak (which is Argentinian-inspired).

we do have a Guacamole spice blend here – https://fromlexspantry.com/products/spicy-guacamole – which I think would also work well (though I haven’t tried it) in hummus.
