Make your own bulgogi or kalbi at home with all the great flavours of your favourite restaurant. Or use this Korean-style blend as a rub on your next roast or steak.
Korean BBQ is a staple at our house and Lex has been tweaking the recipe to get it just right for years.
You just need to add some simple pantry staples like soya sauce to get great kalbi, bulgogi and Korean bbq marinaded mushrooms.
As it is, it's great sprinkled on anything you are grilling!
Mix things up and turn this Bulgogi by adding some sugar and creating a marinade with a splash of soy, sesame oil and that's it!
