A pack of 5 of our spice blends that are fantastic with chicken.
This package includes:
- butter masala - 15g
- wing rub - 15g
- Memphis zero wing rub (but so good on roasted chicken too) - 15g
- Montreal red chicken rub - 15g
- Shawarma - 15g
With this package, you can make:
- butter chicken
- souvlaki
- wings (they all work as wing flavours)
- roasted chicken (they all work for that too)
- barbecue chicken thighs using any of them as a dry or wet rub
- chicken burgers - just mix into ground chicken (or even turkey)
- and many more dishes

Chicken shawarma From Lex’s Pantry, baby potatoes and a stir fry here tonight. I just did a shake and bake style chicken with the spice from the Best of Chicken Spices Sample Pack. Very tasty! Not the most colourful yet very tasty
Oh what a fun way to use the Shawarma Spice. And yes, it's a little, well, biege, but the flavour is not! You could sprinkle a little chopped parsley, a pinch of paprika or even a little drizzle of yogurt or market dip to make it a bit more visually delightful
