  • 2T Fajita Spice
  • 1kg of favourite - beef, tofu, chicken, shrimp, turkey, chicken. 
  • 2T oil 
  • 1T lime juice
  • Peppers - red, yellow, green, cut in strips
  • Onions - cut into strips
  • garnish of cilantro & lime wedges


  • In a bowl, mix oil, lime juice, and 2T Fajita Spice to create the marinade
  • Add your main ingredient to the bowl and toss to coat it fully.
  • Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours.
  • Prep your other ingredients by cutting them into evenly sized strips. 
  • When ready to cook, preheat your pan to high.
  • Add your protein and cook it. Then set it aside to let it rest. 
  • Drop the temperature to medium and add your onions and peppers to the pan. Season with salt & pepper, or a little more Fajita Spice. 
  • Cook to your liking. 
  • Slice your protein and lay it on top. 
  • Serve with Tortillas, cilantro, and all the other sides you love.
