Ingredients
- 2T Fajita Spice
- 1kg of favourite - beef, tofu, chicken, shrimp, turkey, chicken.
- 2T oil
- 1T lime juice
- Peppers - red, yellow, green, cut in strips
- Onions - cut into strips
- garnish of cilantro & lime wedges
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oil, lime juice, and 2T Fajita Spice to create the marinade
- Add your main ingredient to the bowl and toss to coat it fully.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours.
- Prep your other ingredients by cutting them into evenly sized strips.
- When ready to cook, preheat your pan to high.
- Add your protein and cook it. Then set it aside to let it rest.
- Drop the temperature to medium and add your onions and peppers to the pan. Season with salt & pepper, or a little more Fajita Spice.
- Cook to your liking.
- Slice your protein and lay it on top.
- Serve with Tortillas, cilantro, and all the other sides you love.
