It’s not just for wings! I love Montreal Red added to the sauce stage of a simple box of mac and cheese. In today’s variation, I added 1 teaspoon of Montreal Red, a good handful of grated medium cheddar cheese and finished with fresh chives from the garden. It’s so easy to take mac and cheese from meh to wow!

One of my go-to breakfasts is a veggie scramble. In summer, I pick Swiss Chard fresh from my garden to have with my eggs. I added 1/2 teaspoon of Memphis Zero to my greens as they were wilting. Then scrambled two eggs, poured over the greens, cooked, and finished with hot sauce and voila - an elevated morning (or anytime) meal.

I visited FromLexsPantry at Bradford Farmers Market and picked up the Spicy Guacamole blend. This is a game changer. We use it to make the best guacamole, we also market dip sauce for veggie dipping and for a sauce on tacos. Also, very good on chicken! It was so good IIwent back to buy more today! Thanks Lex!
Also, picked up the Bay Burger and Danforth Greek. Haven’t tried yet but can’t wait!

Grilled boneless chicken breast turned out awesome. I pounded the breasts down to an even thickness and grilled them on the pellet grill.

The recipe was super easy to follow. The spices were excellent!
I used Naan minis to soak up all the goodness.
Would recommend.

This seasoning is AMAZING you can do so many things with it, I made turkey burgers with it and they were to die for !!!
1 pack of ground turkey
2 TBS of Danforth Greek
1 tsp of garlic powder
Half a tsp of seasoning salt
1 egg
Quarter cup of break crumbs -mix all together and form into patties. I then barbequed mine and when they were cooked I put it on a bun with tomato, feta and tzatziki!!

The Bricklayer is amazing with our home-raised steak I mean beef!

A very tasty spice blend! I used the Shakshuka recipe as a pasta sauce, added a bit of dairy to make it creamy. So good 😋

What a great mix of flavors in this blend! I think it has the perfect amount of heat, and what I love most is you can control how much flavor you want to add depending on how spicy you're feeling! Add some lime juice and you've got the perfect gauc 🥑 Well done Lex!
