This spice blend is amazing! We used Lex’s butter chicken recipe and it was honestly so tasty. Went back to the market this weekend to buy more!!

We got the tip for trying this with the PC brand White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, and it's become a weekly cheat meal for us. We keep meaning to make a butter chicken style rice dish with it, but we keep going back to the Mac & Cheese! It's incredible!!!

We made such amazing chicken and yogurt dip with this, and used some on our roasted potatoes too. It made such an amazing greek-themed meal that we absolutely adored! One of the mainstays in our kitchen.

Generally I'm not a huge fan of spices, I like my food more on the plain side but was given the porchetta spice to try. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavour! It has fennel in it, so, if you're not a fan, it might not be for you, however if you like fennel, this is a great spice to add to your pork or chicken. I'll be using it again! Thanks for adding some extra flavour to my meats!
