After years of working on this blend to get it just right, we finally got it to restaurant-quality Butter Chicken.  You can use it on the stovetop or in an Instant Pot for a quicker meal. Both turn out a great dish.

Cooking Butter Chicken

This blend does require some additional ingredients over and above the chicken, but we do our best to make it as easy as possible. And that's pretty easy! 

And don't worry, we will send you the ingredient list required and include instructions for both traditional and Instant Pot options. The Instant Pot version will be a little wetter but don't worry, you'll fix that at the end by adding more butter and cream!

The BEST Mac & Cheese EVER

We got the tip for trying this with the PC brand White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, and it's become a weekly cheat meal for us. We keep meaning to make a butter chicken style rice dish with it, but we keep going back to the Mac & Cheese! It's incredible!!!

I tried this Butter Masala blend in a white cheddar Mac n Cheese on Lex's suggestion and it was incredibly tasty and flavourful! I would definitely recommend that you try this for yourself!

    Spices, rubs and spice blends, should be stored in a dry, cool, dark place and used quickly to get the most flavour from them.

    Ground spices typically lose their freshness and are often past their peak in 6 months.
