Make your own bulgogi or kolbi at home with all the great flavours of your favourite restaurant. Or use this Korean-style blend as a rub on your next roast or steak.
Spicy Bulgogi is a staple at our house and Lex has been tweaking the recipe to get it just right for years. She's now figured out a way to make a quick, shelf-stable version that makes it easy for others to have it ready to go straight from the pantry too.
You just need to add some simple pantry staples like soya sauce to get great bulgogi.
As it is, it's great with beef and chicken.

Simple to use with great flavour. I love the recipe that was included so I had a starting point for other ways to use the spice.

Spice Storage
Spices, rubs and spice blends, should be stored in a dry, cool, dark place and used quickly to get the most flavour from them.
Ground spices typically lose their freshness and are often past their peak in 6 months.
