Story Behind the Name 

Lex developed this Chai Masala blend inspired by, for and with Fatima, of Fatima Samosas, so she had a perfect blend for her daily chai. The name “King Chai” is a nod to both Fatima’s residence in King County and Lex’s roots at the Saint John City Market near the giant King Cole Tea sign. Maritime tea is strong and black, so similar to chai tea base, making “King Chai” the perfect name. Each ingredient is selected for the best flavour and quality, making this blend a pantry staple.
