Dumpling Dunking Sauce

Great for dipping your dumplings, no surprise, but also for all your dipping needs. AND for your stir fry. AND for your salads. AND for all your saucing needs. Because everything needs a little hit of Dumpling Dunking Sauce!
Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon Korean BBQ Blend
- 1 Tablespoon hot water
- 1.5 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1.5 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 0.75 teaspoon sesame oil
- Optional for a kick:
- 1-2 Thai chilies, or sriracha/gochujang to taste
- Garnish with fresh chives and dumplings!
Instructions:
- Mix Korean BBQ Blend with sugar, and hot water until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil.
- If using the optional chili or hot sauce for a kick, add it to the sauce now.
- Mix until fully combined.
- Rest for 5-10 minutes to let the flavour meld and all the dry & spicy flavours to bloom.
Dunk all your dumplings!!
Sorry, I know I should have a photo of dumplings being dunked... but I eat them too fast. Maybe because I chunky dunk.
