Mulled Wine Recipe

Winter and mulled wine are the perfect combination. Especially when you have a nice cheese tray and good friends to go with them.

Instructions
- Put 1-2T Mulling Spice Blend into a pot on low with slices of clementine and any juices
- Add 1 cup of wine, cider or ale.
- If you are adding your own sweetener, add it now. Honey, brown sugar, white sugar all work
- Let simmer until the sugar/sweetener dissolves or 3-5 minutes.
- Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes to create a quick spiced syrup.
- Drop temperature to low and add the remaining wine, cider or ale.
- Warm through and serve
- For a little extra “warmth” add 1-2 T of brandy or cognac into your cup before filling.
