Is there anything MORE summer than Strawberry Shortcake? 

Just split the shortcakes and fill them with ice cream, fresh strawberries (or blueberries or raspberries or cherries) and whip cream! So GOOD!  

We make it easy for you to enjoy them fresh at home with our family recipe for Shortcake that dates back generations. 

It's crazy easy, just empty the package, grate some butter, add in egg and milk and dollop them onto a baking sheet.  BOOM! Into the oven. 

1 package gets you 8 individual shortcakes, 16 small, and over 90 tiny sample-sized shortcakes (no one makes them that size but Lex, but those are the ones in the photo with the package so you know.) 

These are traditionally made with white unbleached flour, but you can also get them "Rustic-style" made with locally-milled K2 milling whole wheat flour.
