Discover the comforting flavors of our time-honored Cobbler Mix, a cherished family recipe passed down through generations.

Our Cobbler Mix is quick and simple to prepare, made with whole grain flour 🌾  for a subtle, nutty flavor (without any nuts or additives). But don't worry, it's still light and delicate, no hippy-dippy-dense wheat bread topping for us! (Lex can say that, she grew up on with back-to-the-landers and won't let that pass for Cobbler topping!)

Perfect for any fruit or sweet cobbler, whether it's Peach 🍑 or Cherry 🍒, Apple 🍏 or Berry 🫐, this mix allows you to easily create a delicious dessert using fresh, locally grown produce.

Enhance the taste with a sprinkle of Peach Pie Spice, Apple Pie Spice, get playful and try our King Chai Spice+Sugar,  or just add a dash of sugar. Or don't add any at all, if your fruit is perfectly sweet and ripe already.

Use our Cobbler Mix to make one large cobbler or individual servings in a muffin tin or ramekin. Share this secret recipe with your loved ones - everyone is welcome to join in! Enjoy the classic taste with every bite! 🍏

Note: while all our spice blends are Gluten-Free, our baking mixes are not!

  • Spice Storage

Spices, rubs and spice blends, should be stored in a dry, cool, dark place and used quickly to get the most flavour from them.

Ground spices typically lose their freshness and are often past their peak in 6 months.
