TikTok brought the dumpling bake to our feed, but Taylor brought the flavour. This #TaylorMade version swaps in From Lex’s Pantry Spicy Bulgogi blend for a bold, garlicky, gingery kick that brings out the best in your frozen dumplings — and maybe even turns them into a weeknight staple.
Ingredients
-
1 T From Lex’s Pantry Spicy Bulgogi blend (adjust to taste)
- ½ can coconut milk (about 200 mL)
-
1.5 T Thai red curry paste
- A couple dashes of soy sauce
- 1 cup chopped greens (spinach, bok choy, or your fave)
-
8 frozen dumplings (any variety – veggie, pork, shrimp, chicken.)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a baking dish, whisk together Spicy Bulgogi blend with coconut milk, curry paste, and soy sauce until smooth.
- Stir in your chopped greens.
- Nestle in the frozen dumplings.
Quick tip: Double it easily to serve a crowd—just use a deeper dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes, or until dumplings are tender and the sauce is bubbling.
For crispier dumplings, uncover for the final 5 minutes.
Serve
- Serve hot — spoon over rice or enjoy as is.
Garnish
top with minced green onion and chiles or chili oil
add an angel's kiss of Bulgogi blend on top as a garnish and to add a little extra texture
