Porchetta Spice Cauliflower Recipe

Try our killer porchetta-spiced cauliflower recipe to the table and blow your guests away! Why keep those glorious roasted porchetta flavours just for pork?
Serve as a side, an appetizer or in a salad.
Ingredients
- 3-4T Porchetta Spice Blend
- 1 head of Cauliflower
- 2T Olive Oil
- 1t Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425˚F (220 degrees C).
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower florets, and sprinkle the Porchetta Spice Blend on top.
- Toss everything together until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer onto a baking sheet
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned.
- Serve and enjoy.
Instructions for Porchetta Spiced Cauliflower Steaks
are VERY similar
- Preheat oven to 400˚F
- Cut the cauliflower into slabs through the core (so they stay together) about 3/4" thick.
- Brush both sides of each steak with a mixture of the olive oil and lemon juice
- Sprinkle both sides with Porchetta Spice Blend
- Lay the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
- Roast for 25-35 minutes, turning once in the middle until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned.
- Serve and enjoy.
