Porchetta Spice Cauliflower Recipe

Try our killer porchetta-spiced cauliflower recipe to the table and blow your guests away! Why keep those glorious roasted porchetta flavours just for pork?

Serve as a side, an appetizer or in a salad.

  • Preheat  oven to 425˚F (220 degrees C).
  • Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower florets, and sprinkle the Porchetta Spice Blend on top.
  • Toss everything together until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer onto a baking sheet
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned.
  • Serve and enjoy.
Enjoy your Porchetta Spiced Cauliflower as a side dish or as an appetizer or tossed in a salad with greens and pomegranate. 

 

Instructions for Porchetta Spiced Cauliflower Steaks

are VERY similar

  • Preheat  oven to 400˚F 
  • Cut the cauliflower into slabs through the core (so they stay together) about 3/4" thick.  
  • Brush both sides of each steak with a mixture of the olive oil and lemon juice
  • Sprinkle both sides with Porchetta Spice Blend 
  • Lay the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
  • Roast for 25-35 minutes, turning once in the middle until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned.
  • Serve and enjoy.
