Quick and Easy Pizza Sauce

Ingredients

• 1-2T Pizza Sauce Spice Mix
• 1 can tomato paste - preferable a roma tomato-based tomato paste
• Optional:
• Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

• Mix Pizza Sauce Spice Blend with 1 can of tomato paste. 
• Adjust to your liking including adding a dash or two of balsamic or a pinch of sugar to sweeten the sauce. 
• Makes enough for 2 16-inch pizzas.

Like your pizza sauce a little more fresco?

Add our Pizza Sauce Spice Mix to fresh, or canned, roma-style tomatoes and use that as your sauce.

You can even take cherry tomatoes, toss with olive oil and sprinkle on this spice mix from Lex's Pantry and roast them for perfect roasted tomatoes on your pizza. Or Bruschetta. Or sandwich. Or with cheese.
