Golden Pancake Recipe

Pancakes for breakfast or dinner? Yes, please. Why not make extras and use them to make sandwiches for lunch? Yum 

Our Golden Pancakes are made with locally-milled artisanal flour from K2 Milling


  • 2c Pancake Mix
  • 1.5c of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2T butter - melted


  • Mix ingredients together until you get a smooth batter. A few lumps are okay, in fact, leaving a few lumps produce better pancakes. 
  • Let the batter rest as you preheat your pan and prepare everything else (30 minutes is a great resting time target if you can wait that long. We usually can’t. ) 
  • Preheat your pan to Medium - Medium-High heat.
  • Add a little butter to the pan. 
  • Add pancake batter in ¼ cup measures, or smaller if you want silver dollar sized pancakes. 
  • Cook until you see holes on the top of the pancake. 
  • Flip the pancakes. 
  • Cook until the other side is golden brown. 

Serve immediately, or keep warm in a preheated 200° oven until you have a full stack.

Enjoy with butter and syrup, or fruit and whip cream, or anyway you want!
