Bricklayer Steak Recipe

  • Mix 1-2T Bricklayers Steak Spice with olive oil
  • Pound steaks to ½ inch thick.  (This is optional if you want the “experience” or a sandwich steak.)
  • Coat steaks with the marinade. 
  • Marinade steaks for 1hr to overnight in the fridge. 
  • Sear the steak over hot coals, direct over hot on your barbecue or in a hot pan to desired doneness. 
  • If you are using a thick steak remember to let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. 
  • Serve with sour cream (or crème fraiche) and top with guacamole.
