This is the best slice I get from Lex! You can make it spicy by adding more but most of all I love making the dip version from sour cream and mayo! That is how I tried it when I first discovered them at the farmers market!! I love the depth of flavours in this spice. It's really good with chicken and tofu, I also use it for my meatballs
Meals became a snap when I discovered that literally any combination of chopped veggies plus olive oil, lemon juice and this DELICIOUS spice blend is OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS. Why ever follow a fancy salad recipe again?? Add pomegranate seeds and it is an absolute showstopper.
Plus, it’s delicious with olive oil on popcorn. Mmmmm mmmmmm mmmmmmm!!!!!!!

Made Shakshuka a breeze! I’d been wanting to try it for months but was intimidated by getting the spice blend wrong; Lex’s Pantry solved that issue. It was actually pretty darn easy to make and will be part of my breakfast menu, going forward. I might even have learned how to pronounce it, today, at the market. Delicious blend, highly recommend.
