Recipe Note
Pro Tips
- Spice It Up: Add an extra ½ tsp King Chai Masala & Sugar for bold, festival-level flavor.
- Chai Ice Cubes: Freeze leftover chai concentrate or espresso into cubes and use instead of plain ice for the ultimate undiluted chill.
- Batch it: why wait, make a big batch now without the dairy and refrigerate. Then enjoy pre-chilled straight from the fridge. We make it with 6 tea bags at a time. This works well for both Iced Chai and Iced Dirty Chai!
- Dairy-Free Delight: Make it vegan using coconut or oat milk.
Quick Hacks
- Patio Ready: Toss everything in a blender (ice, tea, milk) for a chai frappé!
- Coffeehouse Vibes:Top with unsweetened whipped cream and an extra sprinkle of masala+sugar for that indie café finish.
- Crafty Party:Batch-brew in a jug for Toronto block parties—just add ice and a stack of city-themed compostable cups!
- Boozy Chai: A dash of Irish cream or spiced rum makes a fun adults-only upgrade
