Ingredients

1 tsp Dirty Dill

1 can Tuna - drained

1 T mayo

2 slices of Sour Dough
Directions
Drain tuna
Add Dirty Dill and Mayo
Mix until combined
Toast sourdough
serve tuna salad on toasted sourdough and garnish with fresh chives (and maybe an extra sprinkle of Dirty Dill)
Recipe Note
If you want to add extras, here are some mix-in options:
- diced celery
- diced red pepper
- diced red onion
- diced radish
You can also serve this with lettuce and sliced tomato.
Lettuce Wrap instead?
Or skip the bread and do a lettuce wrap. Lex uses romaine for this since it makes a fun sandwich boat.

I’m glad you enjoyed the flavour and that your meal was delicious with our spice blend in it.
I do my best to keep prices as tight as possible — especially in a world where a latte runs $6–9. Dirty Dill ($10) is designed to be bold, and the recipe above only uses 1 teaspoon per sandwich (or less, depending on taste). That works out to 8–10 sandwiches per bag — about a dollar a meal, with no fillers, preservatives, or additives.
Many customers also tell me they’re still using spice blends they bought months ago, so for many, a little goes a long way.
We work hard to keep pricing tight while still using high-quality spices and covering the rising costs of ingredients, packaging, and small-batch production. It’s always a balance.
That said, I take all feedback seriously, and I’m grateful you gave it a try. Thanks again.

I’m very disappointed with what you get for the price. Way too expensive. I do love the flavor It is quite good. Twelve dollars to flavor a meal is crazy. My meal was delicious. I’d never would buy it again. Can’t believe you are still in business. For the regular person it’s way too exspensive. It did me one meal. Thank you
