Sponsorship Content & Conduct Policy

At From Lex’s Pantry, we are thrilled to welcome sponsors to our Sponsor Your Spice campaign. Our brand is built on trust, community, and artisan values. To ensure a positive, respectful, and flavour-filled experience for everyone, all sponsorship content must comply with the following guidelines.  

Sponsorship Guidelines

Content Standards

When you sponsor a spice blend packaging or any From Lex’s Pantry campaign, you agree that all:

• Names
• Images
• Logos
• Branding materials

you provide:

• Must not promote products, services, or content that directly compete with From Lex’s Pantry or conflict with our mission and values. (if you are wondering if your product does, just ask Lex)
• Must be respectful and appropriate — avoiding adult content, discrimination, hate speech, illegal or harmful material. We will not accept anything that hurts our community!
• Must reflect positively on our brand and community, supporting our commitment to authenticity, inclusion and kindness
• All materials must be respectful, appropriate, and safe for public viewing.
• Prohibited content includes: adult content, discriminatory or hateful messaging, illegal activities, or any content harmful to individuals or the community.

Visual & Branding Guidelines

• Images, logos, and other visual assets must be high-quality, clear, and professionally appropriate.
• Sponsorship content should reflect positively on the brand and maintain our aesthetic standards.
• Once assets are submitted and sponsorship is confirmed, there is no cancellation or changes. Sponsors will have no design input or control over the final packaging.

Social Media & Public Conduct

• Sponsors must conduct themselves respectfully when discussing, sharing, or promoting their sponsorship on social media or other platforms.
• Harassment, spamming, or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.

Enforcement Rights

• From Lex’s Pantry reserves the right to refuse, review, or remove sponsorship content that violates these guidelines, negatively impacts the brand or community, or could cause legal or reputational issues — without refund or prior notice.

Conflict Resolution

• Any disputes or concerns regarding sponsorship content will be addressed directly by From Lex’s Pantry.
• Our goal is to resolve issues fairly while maintaining the integrity and safety of the campaign.

Acknowledgment of Terms

• By participating in the sponsorship program, sponsors confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
• Sponsorship is final once payment and assets are delivered, and the sponsor accepts all guidelines outlined here.

Our Rights and Responsibilities

• From Lex’s Pantry reserves the right to refuse, review, or remove sponsorship content that violates these guidelines or harms our brand reputation or community, without refund or prior notice.
• We are committed to maintaining a safe and positive environment for all customers, supporters, and partners by enforcing these standards consistently.
• Any violation may result in sponsorship cancellation, removal of content or branding, and exclusion from future campaigns.
